9. Return & Refund Policy for Perishable Goods

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, consumed, or incorrectly stored by the customer.
We will only process returns or refunds for:
  • Products damaged during delivery
  • Products delivered in error
  • Products that do not meet our stated quality standards
 
Any refund or replacement request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product and must include clear photographic evidence.

10. Termination

This agreement remains in effect unless terminated by either the customer or shop.duria.com.my. Duria reserves the right to terminate your access without notice if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
